We are looking for talented people to join our Operations Team, based in our High Wycombe office, to help us continue our drive for "best in class" service to our global clients.
We are looking for a motivated self starters who can work well in a team and manage their own workload. They must be highly numerate, hard working with exceptional attention to detail and must be outgoing with strong communication skills. We want to find people who are excited about joining a team that is rapidly expanding globally.
About the role
We are looking to make important hires into our operations team to help service our growing client base. Primary responsibilities would include:
- Monitoring client balances and credit conditions
- Managing all daily incoming and outgoing payments including reconciliation of funds.
- Managing AML and fraud processes
- Client account opening/KYC and due diligence
- Dealing with client payment enquiries, liaising with banking partners
- Generating reports for our clients
- Transaction monitoring and Enhanced Due Diligence
